“You’re insane,” Elaine told her eighteen year old, twin brother, Eldin, when he asked her if he could snap some MMS dirty text pictures of her. “Get out of my room, freak. You need some help.”
Eldin sighed loudly. “It’s not for me retard; it’s for Mom.”
Elaine glanced away from the mirror after brushing her long blonde hair for the two hundredth time that night. “What the hell would Mom want with MMS dirty text pictures of me? They’re probably for you and your loser friends.”
“Get over yourself! We need the money for Mom. Her insurance is going to stop paying for her chemo soon, and we have to do something.”
This got Elaine’s attention, but she didn’t understand how sext text pictures would help anything. “Slow down, Geek,” Elaine ordered her brother as she sat on the edge of her bed.
Eldin took a deep breath. Whenever he got excited, his asthma flared up. He took two puffs from his inhaler. “Okay, okay.”
Elaine waited for him to get to the point. She planned on getting some dick tonight so Eldin had better not planned on playing that asthma card again. It was his turn to take care of their mother.
“You know how that new ice cream place is taking all our business.”

Elaine nodded. That much was true. “And, again – what’s your point?”

“How?”
